Penelope the Ice Cream Unicorn

She and her other ice cream unicorn siblings own the local ice cream shop. They love to use Chez Yarn Cafe coffee in their ever rotating icecream menu and have even supplied gelato to the Chez Yarn Cafe during the summer months so the Cafe could serve their customers affogato.
